The general function of this position is to manage the overall design and implementation of Kids Cancer Care’s mission-based oncology residential camp programs. With the assistance of the program coordinators, the program manager will provide supervision, scheduling and direction to the program staff team.
As a member of the camp management team, the program manager is also responsible for developing and implementing programming for rental groups using the Camp Kindle facilities; the ropes courses, initiatives areas and the leadership team building programs. The program manager will ensure the appropriate level of program staff support is in place for group bookings requiring program facilitation.
The program manager will work closely with the food service and maintenance managers to coordinate booking schedules and designating the level of programming and services required for rental group and mission-based programming.
