Personalized thank-you notes expressing specific appreciation for their efforts. Something as simple as an acrostic poem, cheesy rhyme, or words of encouragement can really brighten someones day.

Publicly recognize staff during meetings or assemblies. It’s also nice to give your staff the opportunity to shout out their coworkers by having a “shout out box” where they can write out their positive feedback (this also gives them the chance to give anonymous compliments).
