Assistant Cook

Prepare meals and snacks for camper and staff each day during camp. Supports the Kitchen Coordinator/Head Cook, makes sure meals are made on time. Plan with Director times of meals and specific even meals. Be aware and Attentive to any staff & camper with special food needs or allergies – preparing meals that accommodate those needs. Keep the kitchen organized and clean, and assist in mentoring younger kitchen staff and volunteers.
