Head Cook

The Kitchen Coordinator / Head Cook is responsible for the delivery of food services at camp including menu design, scheduling, allergies, food ordering, food preparation and delivery, and kitchen cleaning/standards. They will also provide leadership for AHS Food Safety Standards, food preparation, service and storage. The Kitchen Coordinator / Head Cook will also assist in mentoring and leading younger kitchen volunteers.
