Job Description

The Facilities Safety Officer works with our full-time Facilities Coordinator to aid with the preparation of camp facilities for the summer season. He/she is necessary in order to provide a clean and safe environment for children to participate in programmed activities. Tasks will include renovations of camp buildings, maintaining equipment and utilities, as well as building and installing new recreational apparatuses, and insect/pest removal. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen and dining hall facilities and assisting the Facilities Coordinator where needed. He/she will be equipped to train incoming summer staff and volunteers in these responsibilities.
