Operations Staff

Operations Staff will mostly be involved in kitchen work, site maintenance, and cleaning. However, there is also an opportunity grow into helping with the adventure portion of Frontier’s ministry. The number of days in each varies depending on the individual and on their specific interest and abilities. This position is typically the on-ramp into other roles at Frontier as individuals gain experience. We accept applications for operations staff members on a year round or seasonal basis.
